Principle and application of the heat transfer in chemical engineering system. Students should not only learn the theory, but also learn how to face the problems that occur in the chemical process, such as which heat transfer method should be used, when maintaining the reaction system at the optimal operating temperature, and wow to design a heat transfer device suitable for the purpose.

Chemistry and Experiments
The course is a general survey of common chemistry and chemical reactions. The content covers atomic structure and bonding, gases, stoichiometry, acid-base reactions, thermochemistry, chemical equilibrium, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, and polymer chemistry. English text books will be used during class for helping students to understand the basic concept of chemistry and improving their English skills. Besides, experiments are carried out in conjunction with related courses to deepen the learning effect.
